For over twenty years, The Space Company has provided
real estate sales and services in the Charleston, South Carolina area. We are an independent, locally owned and operated
real estate company with residential sales and property rental divisions.

Established in 1986 by Terry Seabrook, The Space Company is Charleston's only full service, African-American real estate company.

We are proud members of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and work together with all member Realtors. As REALTORS, we have access to informational resources including the Multiple Listing Service to assist you in your property search.
