The Space Company’s Resident Benefits Package (RBP) is designed to provide convenience, savings, and professional services that make managing your home easier. By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to automatic enrollment in this required program at a cost of $55.95 per month, which will be included with your rent.

• Credit reporting to help build your credit through rent payments
• $1 million identity theft protection for all adult leaseholders
• On-demand pest control with targeted treatments
• Liability insurance that meets lease requirements through an A-rated carrier

Liability Insurance Requirements & Options

All residents are required to maintain a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage from an A-rated insurance provider. You may choose one of the following options:

Requirements for Personal Policy:

• Must be issued by an A-rated carrier
• Minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage
• Must list The Space Company as an additional interested party

Failure to maintain valid insurance coverage may result in automatic enrollment in the Master Policy and a $25 lease violation fee.

Important Note

If you choose to provide your own qualifying insurance, the monthly RBP fee will be adjusted accordingly. No additional discounts will be given for services that may be unavailable, unless specifically outlined in the lease addendum.
